The ECA is conducting a snap survey to determine views on, and experience with, electrical isolation procedures when working on low voltage installations (up to 1,000V AC or 1,500V DC).

We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to contribute to a rapid industry survey on electrical safety and isolation procedures.

Your responses to this survey will be TOTALL ANONYMOUS. The survey should take no more than two minutes to complete.

Please answer honestly, as your responses will help better understand common industry practices, highlight any key areas for improvement, and create appropriate technical guidance notes and communication materials for the wider electrotechnical industry.

This survey is part of ECA’s electrical installer safety campaign – “Don’t cut corners! Plan, test, isolate”– which aims to raise awareness of the issues surrounding unsafe working practices.

This survey will close on Friday 28 January at 5pm.

Many thanks in advance for your time and input.
