    Hi all

Are any organisations looking at using any renewable or Electrical heating options to aid properties where the tenants refuse to use their gas supply or struggle paying there gas bills.

Possible use of PV with battery storage to aid a ASHP or a Hybrid Electric / Gas boiler system?

Any advice or detail of failed or successful projects on this matter is welcomes.

Thats a conversation I started last week Liam, we are sending officers to properties with capped gas supplies to see if they are using any form of heating and if they are, and are prepared to let us trial we will consider various renewables and electric heating with remote environmental monitoring installed so we can monitor if the upgrade improves the property and hopefully the residents health..
Pilots will include ASHP, Communal ASHP, PV, Battery, infra read heating and potentially GSHP.

    Thanks Zander.
